All in a Day's Work
My job involves helping employees use the IT systems for which I’m responsible. In addition to identifying and validating user needs, I help create solutions. I develop strategies and design trials by identifying desired results, and carry out the actual testing. I create reports and follow up on any anomalies or change requests. I also document operational procedures aimed at supporting users.
My Time at SSQauto
I joined the SSQauto team in 1995, beginning my career as a damage insurance agent. In 2001, I became an IT Support Technician with the IT department, and in 2008, I was promoted to IT Support Analyst. After coming to SSQauto, I had the opportunity to learn more about insurance at the Insurance Institute of Canada. I since obtained a university certificate in applied microcomputing.
Before Joining SSQauto
I was hired by SSQauto immediately after earning my college diploma in damage insurance. I heard about SSQauto through my college.
Why SSQauto?
Because I work in close cooperation with employees from different departments, and every day is different! Plus, the company is young, exciting, and just brimming with challenges to tackle!
