Title : Management Director (Sales)

All in a Day's Work

I carry out a wide variety of tasks as Management Director (Sales), but my main responsibility is to validate all new information and make sure it reaches the Personal Lines Damage Insurance Agents at the Customer Relations Center. I also identify training needs, manage telephone solicitations, and monitor calls to improve quality. My job requires me to be sharp and anticipate the next move.

My Time at SSQ General Insurance

I started as a Personal Lines Damage Insurance Agent in January 1999. Thanks to a career development grant from my employer, I completed a certificate in human resource management. As SSQ General Insurance grew, I was appointed team leader at the Customer Relations Center in July 2003. Since September 2008, I have held the position of Management Director (Sales). I also sat on the company retirement committee for two years.

Before Joining SSQ General Insurance

I graduated from Cégep de Sainte-Foy with a vocational diploma in administration (insurance). During my studies, I completed a number of internships with an insurance broker, who subsequently hired me full-time. I worked there for two years before joining SSQ General Insurance in 1999.
