A workday for a Personal Lines Damage Insurance Agent is exciting and challenging.
Part of my job involves providing quality service to our clients by offering the best home and auto insurance and making sure that coverage is adapted to their needs. I also serve our clients by making changes to their insurance contracts, providing advice on available products, and answering their questions.
My Time at SSQ General Insurance
I began working for SSQ General Insurance as a student agent on May 4, 2008, knowing very little about personal lines damage insurance, so the company provided a complete 4-month training program. This training gave me the skills I needed to earn a personal lines damage insurance agent permit from Autorité des marchés financiers. I now work as a part-time employee during the school year and full time during the summer.
