All in a Day's Work

My work consists of supporting users of our computer systems. In addition to explaining users' needs to our various IT staff, I also work with IT on development projects. This means implementation tests are part of my daily work.

My Time at SSQ General Insurance

I joined the SSQ General Insurance team in 1995, beginning my career as a damage insurance agent. I've been the IT support technician since 2001. After coming to SSQ General Insurance, I had the opportunity to learn more about insurance at the Insurance Institute of Canada. I'm now working toward a university certificate in applied micro-computers.

Before Joining SSQ General Insurance

I was hired by SSQ General Insurance immediately after earning my college diploma in damage insurance. I heard about SSQ General Insurance through my college.

Why SSQ General Insurance?

Because I work in close cooperation with employees from different departments, and every day is different! Plus, the company is young, exciting, and just brimming with challenges to tackle!
