Contest RulesContest period1. The “Travel Anywhere You Want” Contest is being held by SSQ General Insurance Company (hereinafter “SSQ General Insurance” or the “contest organizer”) and will run in Quebec from January 1 to December 31, 2010, at 11:59 p.m. (ET) (hereinafter the “contest period”). Eligibility2. This contest is open to all Quebec residents 18 and over with the exception of employees, affiliated agents, and representatives of SSQ General Insurance Company, SSQ, Life Insurance Company Inc., and SSQ Realty Inc., their subsidiaries, their advertising and promotions agencies, their suppliers of materials, prizes, and services used in connection with this contest, and any other party directly involved in the running of this contest, as well as any individuals with whom the abovementioned reside. How to enter3. There are four ways to enter during the contest period:

Any entry made using any of the abovementioned methods is equivalent to one entry form. * Regular business hours are Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 8 p.m., and Saturday, 9:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. (ET), except for holidays. Draws5. There will be five (5) random prize draws corresponding to the following entry periods:

On the first Wednesday following the closing date for each period, a random draw from among all entries received will be held at 3 p.m. at the SSQ General Insurance office at 2515 boulevard Laurier, Quebec City, Quebec, G1V 0A5. The random draw will be conducted in the presence of an individual responsible for compliance at SSQ General Insurance. The draws will take place on the dates specified in Section 5. 7. The odds of an entry being selected in a random draw depend on the number of entries received during the entry period preceding the draw. Procedure for awarding prizes8. Entries received during an entry period are eligible for all draws held after such entries are received, up to the last draw. 9. The five (5) prizes will be awarded randomly by computer. 10. In the event a selected entrant is ineligible for a prize, the entrant will be disqualified and another random draw will be held for the prize until a new entrant is selected and declared the winner of the prize. Entry limits11. Limit of one (1) entry per person for each draw for which the person is eligible. Prize limits12. Limit of one prize per person throughout the contest period. Description of prizes13. Each of the five (5) prizes to be awarded consists of the winner’s choice of a trip valued at C$6,000 or C$6,000 cash. 14. The following conditions apply to the trip:

If the selected entrant fails to comply with any of the abovementioned conditions, he/she will be disqualified and a new draw will be held in accordance with these rules until an entrant is selected and declared the winner. 17. Within ten (10) business days of receipt of the release form, SSQ General Insurance will send a letter to the winner to inform him/her of how to take possession of the prize. 18. The prize must be accepted as described herein and may not be transferred to another person or exchanged in whole or in part for cash, except as otherwise provided below. 19. In the event that a prize described herein cannot be awarded, SSQ General Insurance reserves the right to replace the prize with another of equal value. 20. Entries are subject to verification by the contest organizer. Any entry, attempted entry, or letter that is fraudulent, illegible, incomplete, received late, or otherwise noncompliant will be rejected and will not entitle the entrant to an entry or prize, as the case may be. All decisions by the contest organizer regarding any aspect of this contest, including but not limited to the eligibility or disqualification of entries, are final and binding, subject to any decision by Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux du Québec in relation to matters within its jurisdiction. 21. The contest organizer reserves the right to disqualify an entrant or cancel the entries of anyone who enters or attempts to enter the contest by any means that violate these rules or are unfair to other entrants. This person may be reported to the appropriate legal authorities. Decisions of the contest organizer in this respect are final and binding. 22. Prizewinners release the contest organizer, its advertising and promotions agencies, and their respective employees, agents, and representatives of all liability for any damage they may suffer after accepting or using their prizes. 23. Prizewinners acknowledge that after a trip has been booked, the fulfillment of trip-related obligations becomes the sole and exclusive responsibility of the company supplying the trip. 24. The contest organizer, its advertising and promotions agencies, and their respective employees, agents, and representatives shall not be liable for faulty computer components, software, or communication lines, the loss or absence of network communication, or any transmission that is faulty, incomplete, incomprehensible, or erased by any computer or network that could limit the possibility or prevent any person from entering the contest. 25. The contest organizer, its advertising and promotions agencies, and their respective employees, agents, and representatives shall not be liable for any damage or loss that could arise, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from downloading any Web page or any software or from transmitting any data for contest entry purposes. 26. The contest organizer reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend this contest in whole or in part should an event or any human intervention corrupt or affect the administration, security, impartiality, or normal running of the contest as set forth herein, subject to the authorization of Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux du Québec, if required. In no case will the contest organizer, its subsidiaries, its advertising and promotions agencies, or suppliers of products or services used in connection with this contest, or their respective employees, agents, or representatives be required to award more prizes than specified herein or award prizes other than as specified herein. 27. The winners authorize the contest organizer and its representatives to use, if required, their names, photos, likenesses, voices, contact information, places of residence, or statements about their prizes for advertising purposes without compensation of any kind. 28. For the purposes of these rules, the entrant is acknowledged as being the person who submits a request for a quote or proposal or whose name appears on the insurance policy or letter. This is the person who will be awarded the prize if selected and declared a winner. In the event that two people jointly hold an insurance policy and their entry is selected, the first of the two to be reached must answer the mathematical skill–testing question. The prize will be awarded to this person on behalf of both parties. 29. Anyone who enters or attempts to enter this contest releases the contest organizer and its advertising and promotions agencies, subsidiaries, employees, agents, and representatives of all liability for any damage they may suffer as a result of entering or attempting to enter this contest. 30. A copy of the contest rules is available at the contest organizer’s office at 2515 boulevard Laurier, Quebec City, Quebec, G1V 0A5, at www.ssqauto.com, and at www.ssqgenerale.com. 31. Disputes regarding the organization or conduct of this promotional contest may be submitted to Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux for a ruling. Disputes regarding the awarding of a prize may also be submitted to the Régie, but only for the purpose of helping the parties reach a settlement. 32. This contest is subject to applicable federal, provincial, and municipal laws and regulations.
